The steps to set an Automation whenever a document is Won/Lost is as follows :


1. Go to Sales Automation > Click on Add Automation.
2. Set a name to the automation.
3. Trigger should be 'Everytime Document Is Updated'.
4. Filter should be 'Document Status Has changed to Won / Lost'.
5. Action should be 'Send Email'.
6. User can configure the email accordingly.
7. Click on Save followed by Save and Enable.





The steps to set an Automation whenever a Opportunity  is Won/Lost is as follows :


1. Go to Sales Automation > Click on Add Automation.
2. Set a name to the automation.
3. Trigger should be 'Everytime Opportunity Is Updated'.
4. Filter should be 'Opportunity Stage Has changed to Won / Lost'.
5. Action should be 'Send Email'.
6. User can configure the email accordingly.
7. Click on Save followed by Save and Enable.
