The quote block is empty in an approved quote, what do I do?

This mostly happens when you have added the product in the quote block and set the quote block to “All products are optional” and the customer would not have selected any product

In order to confirm this just clone the document and check whether “All products are optional” is selected and you can request your end customer to select the product and sign it again.

If any other option is selected and the quote is empty, you can reach out for support.
