Collaborating on a Document in Real Time
Open the document you want to edit in the editor.
If a teammate opens the same document, you'll see their profile icon appear at the top of the screen, indicating they're currently editing alongside you.
Both of you can edit the document at the same time from your own computers. Any changes made are reflected live, so you can review updates and discuss them as you go.
Once your changes are saved, all collaborators see the latest version automatically there's no need to refresh or re-open the document.
