    The Default Email for Sending Documents setting has been moved to Settings -> Email Settings. This ensures that each user can configure their preferred default email address independently.

    Previously, the Default Email for Sending Documents setting was part of the Preferences page, which was placed under admin control. Since this setting should always be user-configurable, we moved it to Email Settings to retain individual control over email preferences.


How the "Last Used Email" Option Works

If you frequently need to change which email address you use to send documents, we recommend selecting the “Last Used Email” option. Here’s how it works:

    The “Last Used Email” option remembers the most recent email address you used when sending a document. This means that you won’t need to manually update your default email address each time you switch between different email accounts.


  • How to Use It:
    In Settings -> Email Settings, you can choose “Last Used Email” as your default. From then on, Zomentum will automatically use the email address you last selected when sending your next document. This option is ideal for users who switch between personal email accounts and shared mailboxes (e.g., sales@yourcompany.com) without needing to constantly adjust the default email setting.
