The Zomentum Email Settings allows you to personalize your email signature by adding images or logos. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Steps to Add Your Email Signature with Images/Logo
1. Navigate to Settings
- Log in to your Zomentum account.
- On your dashboard, locate and click on the Settings option in the left sidebar.
2. Access Email Settings
- Within the Settings menu, click on Email Settings.
3. Add Your Signature
- Under the Add Email Signature section, click on Add Signature.
4. Insert Your Image or Logo
- In the signature editor pop-up, locate and click on the image icon as shown below.
- This action will open the Insert/Edit Image pop-up.
5. Upload Your Image
- You have two options for uploading your image:
- Source Link: Paste the image’s URL if it’s hosted online.
- Direct Upload: Upload an image directly from your computer.
6. Save Your Changes
- Once your image or logo is added to your signature, make sure to save the changes.
