When clients sign documents in Zomentum, they have the option to add a PO Number, which plays a critical role in invoicing. This PO Number is stored at the document level in Zomentum and can be accessed easily. Follow the steps below to locate the PO Number in both Zomentum and Autotask.
Viewing PO Numbers in Zomentum
To find the PO Number within Zomentum, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Quote: Navigate to the specific quote and open it in editor mode.
- Access Document Details: Click on the ellipsis (three dots) in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Edit Document Details: Select "Edit Document Details" from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the PO Number: Scroll to the PO Number field to view the value added by the client.
Viewing Synced PO Numbers in Autotask
After a PO Number is entered in Zomentum, it syncs automatically when the document is exported to Autotask. To view the synced PO Number in Autotask, follow these steps:
- Redirect to Autotask Opportunity: In Zomentum, click on the "View Opportunity" button on the opportunity page. This action will take you directly to the corresponding opportunity in Autotask.
- Select the Quote: Under the Associated Items section in Autotask, locate and click on the relevant quote.
- Edit the Quote: On the quote page, click the "Edit Quote" button.
- Navigate to Terms Tab: In the quote editor window, switch to the Terms tab.
- View the PO Number: Look for the Purchase Order Number field to find the PO Number synced from Zomentum.
