This document describes the manual sync button available for all documents in Zomentum Payments.


Automatic reconciliation of invoices is available in Zomentum Payments. Whenever a new invoice is created in Quickbooks, the details of the invoice are updated in the Payments portal. In cases where there are errors or discrepancies in the automatic syncing process, a manual sync button allows users to rectify these issues promptly.


Although we update the invoices automatically, in case of any failure in the automatic process (for example, if a webhook from the accounting software is not received), the manual sync button will allow the user to sync the invoice by themselves. It provides more control to the users since they have the means to sync specific invoices at their convenience. 


To access the manual sync button, go to any invoice in the Payments portal, click the three dots button at the extreme right, and select the Sync Now button.
