This document describes the steps to follow when the automatic bank validation fails while completing the KYC process for Zomentum Payments.


In case your bank information cannot be validated during the KYC process, select the manual process for bank verification (Option (2) in the following image).




You need to manually provide your bank account details and bank statements. Your details will then be verified and you will be notified of the verification status in a couple of days.
