You might have come across situations where none of your products are syncing from Autotask to Zomentum. Or maybe only Service and Bundle items are syncing through but not others.
To fix this, you would need to ensure the following permissions are provided in Autotask:
Log in to your Autotask account and go to Admin.
Go to Account Settings & Users → Resources/Users → Security → Security Levels.
Click on Zomentum API user → Web Services API.
Under Inventory, click on the checkbox beside Products and enable permissions for View, Add and Edit columns.
Additionally, ensure the following filter is enabled in your Zomentum account to pull the products seamlessly.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Click on Autotask.
Click on Edit → Go to Settings sub tab.
Enable the filter ‘Sync products, services and bundles with autotask’.
Click on ‘Advanced Pull Filters’ and select the option ‘Import Products From Autotask’.
Click on Save and Proceed and then Save and Start Sync for the changes to take effect.
