With sales automation harness the ease of sharing won documents with your extended team outside of Zomentum without any additional logins.


Send Won Documents to an Email Address


Perform the following steps to setup the sales automation to send 'Won' documents to an external email address:

1. Click on the ‘Sales Automation’ icon from the navigation bar on the left side. 




2. Click on the '+New' button at the upper right corner of the page. 



3. Start by setting a name for the automation. 

4. Set the Trigger as 'Document Has Updated'. 

5. Set the Filter as 'Status Has Changed to Won'. 

6. Set the Action as 'Send Document'. 


The setup will look like this:



7. A window will open on the right side of the page to edit and modify your email content that will be sent to the recipients. On this window:

  1. Select a ‘From’ address
  2. Add ‘To,’ ‘CC,’ and ‘BCC’ addresses
  3. Enter a subject for the email
  4. Enter a body text for the email
  5. Attach Document: It will attach a PDF copy of the document.
  6. Attach Signing Log: It will attach the signing log that ensures its authenticity.
  7. Attach Payment Log: It will attach the payment log containing payment details (if any)
  8. Click on the Save button to save the changes. 


Please note that you can use merge tags in your subject line and email body text.





8. Click on the 'Activate' button at the bottom right corner to activate your sales automation and you're all set!
