What are Saved Blocks?

Saved blocks are customizable elements within a document that you can edit and store for future use. They allow you to reuse specific content or designs across multiple documents, saving you time and effort.

Creating a Saved Block

The first step is to modify the blocks to meet your unique requirements. Depending on the block you are dealing with, this could entail adding products, changing the content, or formatting. Make sure every block is customized to your precise specifications by taking your time.

Once you're satisfied with the edits, it's time to save your work. This is a crucial step as it preserves the block in its customized state for future use. Just choose the block you want to save, click Save, and voila! – you've got a brand-new block ready to roll under User blocks.

Reusing the Saved Blocks

Now comes the exciting part — reusing your customized blocks. Thanks to the intuitive drag-and-drop feature, incorporating these blocks into your documents is a breeze. Perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the document where you want to include the block,

  2. Locate the saved block in your library,

  3. Drag the saved block into the document.

The benefits of using customizable blocks extend beyond just saving time. They also help maintain consistency across your documents. These blocks ensure that your documents remain coherent and on-brand.
