Error: Customer tenant is Not Consented


Hover over the ‘Not Consented’ to see the error message.

In most cases, the GDAP will not be configured correctly or the security group is not added to the admin relationship request.

When the tenant is provided consent (Green), you can remove Application Administrator rights from the GDAP administrator relationship.


Error code: Authorization_RequestDenied


Message: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation


Check The GDAP Administrator relationship.

There must be an active Admin RelationShip with the end user tenant with at least the following rights:

  • Application administrator
  • Global Reader

The Security group created in the wizard that contains the Zomentum Connect service account must be added.


Error Code: Request_BadRequest


Message: Unsupported token. Unable to initialize the authorization context

Follow the steps described under Error Code: Authorization_RequestDenied



Error Code: Authentication_Unauthorized


Message: User was not found


Follow the steps described under Error Code: Authorization_RequestDenied


Error Code: HTTP request returned status code 403


Check all the permissions for the App Registration.

The following roles and groups must be added:

- Group: Admin Agents
- Role: Application Administrator
- Role: Global Reader




Internal server error


[Encountered while adding a customer]

Check that the API permissions are set correctly and that the service account has the required roles.


[Consent granted after selecting multiple tenants]

In some cases, we get an internal server error when selecting multiple tenants at once. The workaround is adding the tenants one by one.
