Method: Log in to your Zomentum account and click on the bubble icon at the bottom left.

Process: Once in the chat window, click on 'Support' and select 'Talk to a live agent' to initiate a real-time chat session.

1. Chat support is available Monday to Friday from 3:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
2. You can also convert the chat into a formal ticket using the 'Raise a Support Ticket' option in our chatbot.

You can also keep track of your ticket's progress by clicking on 'Check Ticket Status'.
