This document describes the process of Proofpoint integration with Zomentum.


To start integrating with Proofpoint, we need a UserName, password, MSP domain and API URL. Usernames and passwords are the same as those used for Proofpoint login. 


Follow these steps for the MSP domain and API URL:



  1. Login to the Proofpoint portal.

  2. Navigate to the Account Management → Domain.
    Copy the domain that is added, and this will be the MSP Domain.






  1. To get the API URL, copy the URL of your ProofPoint login.

  2. After we have all the details, please log in to Zomentum Connect.
    Navigate to Configure→ 3rd party Credentials→ Proofpoint→ Add Credentials → Submit Credentials.




  3. A support ticket would be created on your behalf and out agent would get in touch with you to set up the configurations, which would take approximately 2-3 business days.
