When you search for a customer in the Contract Wizard and the customer does not show up, perform the following steps:
1. First check if the API is working through the following steps:
- Navigate to Configure > PSA Connection.
- Open Connectwise Manage.
- Go to Accounts > Refresh
- Check if your customers are in the list.
2. If the customers are on the list, you need to check if the customer is existing in the correct ‘Default Territory’ and that the API has access to this territory. To Verify this log in to ConnectWise Manage: Go to Members > API Members.
If the customers are not in the list, please check your API credentials and submit again.
