The release of Microsoft 365's new pricing schedule and updating prices in all contracts can be a tedious task; hence solving the problem of managing bulk price updates for contracts in Zomentum Connect is easy with its service mapping feature. By creating a new service with the updated price in your Professional Service Automation (PSA) and mapping it under the global mapping in Zomentum Connect, you can effortlessly update all prices in your connected contracts.
The below steps explain the process:
Navigate to Configure and click on PSA Connection(Application can be AT / CWM)
Create or copy an existing service/product in your PSA, to which you need to update the price.
Select the new service under the global mapping in Zomentum Connect:
