While working with opportunities in the Kanban view, by default, the Estimated Value is displayed. 

However, this can be edited. You may choose to display Estimated Value/ Forecasted Value/ Revenue/ Cost

Head to Settings > Pipeline. 

Choose the pipeline and hit the kebab menu > Edit

You may choose the desired value to be displayed here
