Zomentum supports 5 product types (listed below) when data is synced upstream or downstream to the PSAs that don't support the same, they will be recognised as other.
As per the current design, Zomentum supports only the below-listed product types.
- Hardware
- Software
- Service
- Bundle - a grouping of products
- Labor
Any product type that isn't one of the five types specified is labeled as "other."
