Now that we're managing more than just your Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace licenses, your Zomentum Connect workspace might become a bit crowded.

If you do not map a product to its corresponding Service, each contract that has this product will show a warning label. You'll also receive a regular reminder in your inbox of this unmapped product.

We understand that sometimes there is no need to map a product. For example, because it's free or it's not in use. You can now get rid of this pesky warnings once and for all using the "Ignore" switch.

Head over to the Service mapping page and toggle the "Ignore" checkbox. The warning labels and messages will be gone for this product, and it will no longer be included in the email alert.
