After a manual or automated import we wait +/- 3 hours before we apply and charge the One time charge in the PSA contract or agreement.

These are always synchronized on the import date, as long as the customer is linked to the PSA.

We never apply this immediately because this gives you the possibility to control the billing data that is imported.
