The service mapping determines which service will be used in your contract/agreement for every product. In some cases, it could be necessary to override the mapping for a particular contract. This is possible using the override functionality.
With this feature, you as an MSP have the power to manage your customers in the way you want to do it. Use a different service for a particular customer. You can also exclude licenses or set a minimum of licenses.
Number of licenses to exclude: We will subtract this number from the total number of units before syncing with the PSA contract.
Ignore product entirely: The number of units for this service will be set to zero in the PSA contract.
Minimum number of licenses: The number of units for this service will be set to zero in the PSA contract.
- Go to the Contracts page.
- Look for the contract you want to edit (1) and click on the domain name (2) to view its details:
- Scroll down the list of products and press the configure button (1) to show the list of available services:
- Toggle the Override button and select the new service to use for this product. Set the date when this change should be applied. Leave the date unchanged to apply it immediately. Press the Save button to create the override:
