Zomentum Reports

Generating sales are no longer about reaching out for leads at random or shooting in the commercial dark - they are about making data-driven decisions that result in genuine revenue-boosting opportunities. That's where sales performance Reports come-in.

Zomentum Reports enable MSP’s to visualise their sales data and easily create powerful sales performance reports.

The admins of the platform will have the access to tap into the ready-to-work reports which have pre-loaded metrics. Users can also make their own with the ‘Custom Report’, as can be seen in the figure below.

Creating Custom Reports

  1. Choose the Report Module (Opportunity, Sales Activity, Document, Product)  where your data metrics lie.

2) Choose the Metric your want to measure

Every Report Module has its own unique set of dimensions, choose the metrics according to the dimension you want to measure.

3)  Categorise how you want to visualise the measured value with Group By

Group By is usually categorized with a dimension that has a dependency on measured metrics eg:  time, type, owner, status

4) You can select the criteria for which the data shall be represented with your selected metrics using Filter By

5) Select how you want to visualise your data with Chart type (Line, Bar, Funnel, Pie)

Chart Types

i.  Line Graph: used to analyze series trend across a time period

Sales Activity Trend showing sales activity over a period of time (Group by Daily), for  activities performed over last year (Filter By Sales Activity, Created Date: Last Year)

.

ii. Bar chart: These are generally used to categorize data or represent two or more metrics of a particular category. As shown in the example below, the Bar charts help in representing the count of Documents within different status groups (Draft, Viewed, Won, Lost, Expired)

iii. Funnel Chart: is used to represent a progressive flow of a business metric across phases.

Use case: Count of clients across various opportunity stages

iv. Pie Chart: Pie charts are used to represent a percentage or proportional data.
