How to setup Infusionsoft integration with Zomentum

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab > Integration 

  2. Under the ‘Marketing & Sales’ category, click on connect against Infusionsoft. 

  3. From the Connect screen, click on ‘Authorise Infusionsoft and Continue.


  4. The system will direct you to the Keap login page. Enter your credentials and click on continue. Once you have successfully logged in, select the application you would like to integrate with Zomentum and click on ‘Allow’. 

  5. The system will then direct you to the ‘Settings’ tab of the integration setup. 


    Select the sync property:

A. Infusionsoft to Zomentum: 

Pull data from Infusionsoft to Zomentum (every 15 mins)

  1. Any changes in Opportunities, Client and Contact

  2. Once the Opportunity has been marked as ‘Won’ in Infusionsoft, we update the same in Zomentum. Post which, any updates made in Infusionsoft will not get pulled. 


B. Zomentum to Infusionsoft: 
Push data from Zomentum to Infusionsoft (real-time sync)

  • Every time an Opportunity is created or updated in Zomentum

  • Push any updates made in the Client or Contact to Infusionsoft whenever the Opportunity associated with the Client is updated in Zomentum. 


C. Bi-directional - allows users to pull and push information between the systems (a combination of the above two options). 



  1. Field-Mapping - map fields in Zomentum to fields in Infusionsoft account for Opportunity, Client Company and Client Contact. 


Notes:
i. Opportunity Stage Mapping: It is mandatory to have a one to one mapping for the stage mapping section. If you choose a leave an Opportunity stage unmapped, those updates will not be pulled into Zomentum and vice versa. 

ii. Custom Field Mapping: Option to map custom fields in Infusionsoft to fields in Zomentum for Opportunity, Clients and Contacts. 


  1. Once done, click on ‘Save and Start Sync’.
