In this article, we will help you integrate our Zomentum account with your SyncroMSP account.

Data Sync from Zomentum to Syncro:



Retrieve the API Token from SyncroMSP

  • Login to your SyncroMSP account

  • Go to Admin → API Token (under API section in the left sidebar)

  • Click on "New Token"

  • Switch to "Custom Permission" tab

  • Give a name to the API token (e.g. Zomentum API)

  • Select the API token expiration. Leave the field blank to never expire the API token (recommended)

  • Under the permissions section, select all the permission associated with Customer, Contact, Products, Estimates, and Line items

  • Once you have selected all the permission click "Create Token"

  • You will be redirected to a page with the API token. Record the key. 


Note: You will not be able to access the API Token later. Hence, please ensure to save the API Token you have created. 



I. Setting up the Integration

  1. Login to your Zomentum account.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations tab.
  3. Under PSAs integrations, find Syncro and click on Connect.
  4. Enter the Syncro subdomain & API token in the Connect screen and click on Save and Proceed.


II. Sync Options: Determine How You Want the Sync to Take Place

  1. Only push from Zomentum to Syncro (1-way sync): This will only push data from Zomentum to Syncro once the document is marked as WON.

  2. Only pull from Syncro to Zomentum (1-way sync): This will only pull your data from Syncro to Zomentum and push nothing to Syncro.

  3. Sync data between Zomentum and Syncro (2-way sync): This will pull data from Syncro and push back data to Syncro whenever you mark the opportunity as WON in Zomentum.


Note: Entities are synced between the systems only when they are created for the first time. Any updates made to the entities will not be pulled or pushed. For example, if a new client is created in Syncro, that information is pulled into Zomentum as a newly created entity. However, if you update the client’s telephone number later, that information will not be synced.


III. Push Total Quote Amount



  1. Amount inclusive of taxes:

    • Select this if you want to push the total quote amount inclusive of taxes to SyncroMSP.
  2. Amount exclusive of taxes:

    • Select this if you want to push the total quote amount exclusive of taxes to SyncroMSP.

IV. Select What to Sync

  1. Sync companies, contacts, and quotes:

    • This will sync companies, contacts, and quotes with Syncro.
  2. Sync only customers who were created after:

    • Select this if you only want to pull companies and contacts created in Syncro after a certain date. Choose the date using the date picker.
  3. All Products:

    • Select this if you want to sync products with Syncro.
  4. Pull only products where the Category is:

    • You can filter only certain categories of products to be pulled by Syncro here. Choose the specific category from the dropdown menu.
  5. Create quote line items with different billing periods as different estimates in SyncroMSP:

    • Check this if you want to create multiple estimates with line items of different billing periods.



V. Complete the Field Mapping

  1. Select mapping between Zomentum Products Type and Syncro Product category.
