Ignore products globally

Now that we're managing more than just your Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace licenses, your Zomentum Connect workspace might become a bit crowded.

If you do not map a product to its corresponding Service, each contract that has this product will show a warning label. You'll also receive a regular reminder in your inbox of this unmapped product.

We understand that sometimes there is no need to map a product. For example, because it's free or it's not in use. You can now get rid of these pesky warnings once and for all by using the "Ignore" switch/toggle button.

Head over to the Service mapping page and toggle-on the "Ignore" checkbox. The warning labels and messages will be gone for this product, and will no longer be included in the email alert.
