ConnectWise customer missing in contract wizard

Whenever the system cannot fetch the customer details in contract wizard we would be required to check the below details.

Steps: Check if the API is working.

  1. Go to Configure - PSA Connection.
  2. Open ConnectWise Manage.
  3. Go to Accounts - Refresh.
  4. Verify if the customers are on the list.
    If the customers are not on the list, please check API credentials.

    If the customers are on the list, please refer to the below steps.

In CWM please verify if the ‘Default Territory’ is configured and contain all your customers.
To verify the territory, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to the CWM account.
  2. Go to Members - API Members.
  3. Select default territory.
